Then at 3pm Rosie and Anna from Independent Oxford bring you the best gift ideas from local businesses and shops in Oxfordshire leaving you no excuse not to shop locally.
We kick off food hour at 4pm with recipes from Michelin starred chef Paul Welburn at 215 in Summertown, the lovely Lucie at The Milkshed in Weston On The Green, veggie ideas from Martin Sherriff at The Black Horse in Standlake and Christmas dinner ideas from caterers Gravy & Custard.
Then Mariella Bliss renowned Italian cookery teacher brings you some Napolitan suggestions. This is followed by some excellent festive cookery demos from the likes of Jonny Parkes at The Mole in Toot Baldon, The White Hart in Wytham gets involved and you can pick up some great budget food tips from Waste2Taste.
As if that wasn’t enough some Sri Lankan goodwill will emanate from Coconut Tree in St Clements before we are given exclusive tours of the new look Orangery at The White Hart in Fyfield and The Hollybush in Witney.
All your turkey questions will also answered by Hampton Gay Farm near Bicester who take us a grand tour of the farm before handing on the baton back to us as we move into HAPPY HOUR at 5pm.
Grape Minds in Summertown kick off the fun with a live wine tasting, followed by Oxford Wine Company’s festive suggestions offered by different members of staff.
The Chalgrove Artisan Distillery give us a tour of they new distillery while launching a huge VIP competition which we will announce then.
New gin bar Gin To My Tonic in Faringdon are mixing cocktails for us followed by a live gin tasting with the lovely Cam from Collagin.
