Kingham Plough – Avi Shashidhara, Head Chef of London’s celebrated Indian restaurant, Pahli Hill, is hosting an exclusive supper club in the pub on Thursday February 23. Avi has designed a menu showcasing Pahli Hill such as a Mangalore bun & scottish crab sukkha with fennel seeds, crushed chilli & ginger or a homestyle fish curry with halibut, mussels, tamarind and curry leaves. Avi launched Pahli Hill in 2020 where he focuses on seasonal, produce-led dishes which blend ultra-traditional family recipes with high quality British ingredients.
