The Rusty Bicycle Street Party returns on Saturday (July 30) after a two year absence with a free day of family fun, local musicians and excellent grub.
Working in collaboration with Truck Store and A New View Music for the first time, an exciting lineup of local artists and musicians is planned all day long.
From 12pm – 10pm the party will extend out onto the street with extra seating, a Beer Truck stage, new Dodo Beer Box featuring a range of local beer and ale, Dodo’s neapolitan-style pizza, Dodo burgers and tasty sides and an exciting range of musicians.
These include Tamara, Daze, Juniper Nights, Pylons and Easter Island Statues, SNAYX, Prima Queen, Premium Leisure and Opus Kink.
Leo Johnson, co-founder at Dodo Pub Co. and local Rusty resident, said “The Rusty Street Parties have been going for many years now, with of course a short break due to the pandemic. and are all about bringing the neighbourhood together to dance, eat, laugh and have a great time without having to go too far from home!
“We consider the Street Parties a way of supporting local independent businesses and celebrating local musicians but also giving back and showing our appreciation to the local area for the support we receive all year around in Oxford.”
And the parties don’t stop there. The monthly Beer, Beats and BBQ at The Up in Arms in Marston continues on Saturday 27th August, Saturday 24th September and Saturday 8th October.
