After a two year hiatus, Cornbury Festival in Great Tew is back next summer with a classic line-up which aims to appeal to to all ages and tastes.

Canadian rocker Bryan Adams will be joined in July 2022 by the self-effacing James Blunt, theatrical rock popsters The Darkness, Irish rockers The Waterboys of ‘The Whole Of The Moon’ fame and to round-it all up, a Sunday finale of Ronan Keating and Jools Holland.

Early bird tickets go on sale today (Tuesday 23rd November) as the three day Oxfordshire music festival headliners are revealed.

“We don’t want to do serious, we simply want to have tons of fun over the whole weekend”

With further musical announcements still expected and news on its Festival Feast options and its celebrity chefs, founder Hugh Phillimore said: “After a long, sad, two year sabbatical we wanted to return with a classic Cornbury line-up; old friends who simply do what they do brilliantly, and make us smile.

“We don’t want to do serious, we simply want to have tons of fun over the whole weekend,” he added.

Cornbury Festival is back

The Cornbury Music Festival has featured a huge host of big names since its first event in 2004 including; Paul Simon, Robert Plant, Amy Winehouse, Bryan Adams, Blondie, The Beach Boys, Bryan Ferry, Jamie Cullum and Olly Murs to name but a few and is known as one of the safest, family friendly festivals in the UK.
