Towersey is one of the UK’s best kept festival secrets, happening in the grounds of the National Trust property Claydon Estate it’s the longest running festival in the UK at an amazing 58 years old.
This year the festival headliners are Imelda May, Strictly Come Dancing comedian and musician Bill Bailey, Del Amitri, Howard Jones (Acoustic Trio) Kate Rusby, Anais Mitchell and many more fabulous contemporary and traditional folk music acts and comedians.
Turin Brakes, the London Welsh Male Voice Choir, contemporary soul from Mega and comedy from Laura Lexx and Rob Deering are also massive draws, with a fantastic four day music line-up.
There’s heaps to do for the family, with lots of children’s workshops and activities, street food and 24 hours of Celidah!
